D.El.Ed
D.El.Ed. course is a two years diploma degree program. Diploma in elementary education program aims at preparing the enrolled candidates to work in primary/upper primary schools, that means classes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8. The candidates after completing the program can apply for a job as teachers teaching at the primary levels in schools. The training is aimed at education practice and the role of teachers in grooming the students. It also aims at training the candidates towards child development. The design of the course is such that it includes practical training and internshipalong with classroom training.

Candidate should have done their 10+2 with an aggregate of 50% marks from a recognized board. The minimum age criteria is 18 years.

After completing diploma in elementary education course, successful candidate may work as elementary level teachers at educational institutes. D.El.Ed. professionals may en-role such as teacher, Assistant Teacher, Tutor, Student Counselor, Assistant Teacher in Government / Private Schools, Nursery Teacher, Coaching / Private Tutors, Writers, Home Tutors, Education Co-Ordinator etc.
